contact lists, create your newsletter templates, enter your marketing content and send out your
mailings.
Upload your contact lists - we will upload your contact lists using your
existing list and converting to a file format supported by the relevant online newsletter
facility. Most of the popular contact software applications are supported including Excel,
Outlook, Outlook Express, ACT and Salesforce.
Maintain your contact lists - we'll
add or remove contacts, we'll investigate the bounces and we'll remove the
unsubscribers. We'll also create as many different segmented contact lists as you need to
enable you to target your campaigns more effectively.
Develop a template - each of the
newsletter facilities provides a huge range of customisable templates for you to choose from and
we'll help you make the changes so that your newsletter reflects your brand. Alternatively
you can import your own template.
Newsletter content - we'll enter
your content to create an appealing, engaging newsletter that will generate results. We will
format, edit and proofread as required. We'll also help you create the copy if

Newsletter scheduling - we'll take care of scheduling to ensure that your
newsletters are sent on schedule and to the correct contacts.
Reporting - we can download all relevant data such as which
contacts opened your newsletter, those who clicked through and which links they

bounce, etc. We'll provide this in the format that works best for you. We
