I founded Executype Office Services in 2005 to provide a basic typing and data
entry facility to small, local businesses needing ad hoc, reliable typing services. As more
and more businesses realise the benefits of outsourcing their admin needs, the concept of a
Virtual PA is becoming much more popular and this is reflected in the expanded range of
services that Executype now offers.
I have over 20 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administrator and Legal
Secretary in a variety of private businesses including tourism, publishing, commercial law, private
banking, risk management and marketing & communications.
Having worked for 12 years in two offshore jurisdictions, I spent six of those years working on a
portfolio of high net-worth clients in the private banking department of a prominent overseas bank,
and another six years in the commercial leasing department of a leading law firm. This latter role
focused on multi-million dollar aircraft leasing transactions involving numerous countries across
multiple time zones. This generated extremely high workload volumes and required absolute attention
to detail.
I have also worked at Board and Director level of UK businesses specialising in risk management and
marketing & communications, continuing the overseas theme with close involvement in the
facilities of three European subsidiaries.
I was heavily involved in the implementation of an electronic time & expense and time &
attendance system, pioneering the use of newly-released software which, during that period, was in
use by only a handful of other businesses in the UK.
Drawing on my extensive experience and with a trusted network of contacts and assistants, I aim to
provide a consistently high quality service, providing practical support to small business owners
and individuals alike.
