Executype will help you with your marketing activities and to give some examples, we currently
provide the following marketing assistance for our existing
clients:
cold calls or warm calls - based on a list provided by the client and using a
script/wording devised with the client. We get to know your business and your
objectives so that we can be as effective as possible when making the calls.
emailing - we'll send follow up
emails and marketing information using a dedicated email address that our clients will set up for
us on their system. We can send emails remotely by dialing in to the system so that we provide a
completely seamless service under our clients' branding.
database cleansing - we'll clean up existing spreadsheets or databases so
that you have an effective marketing tool with which to target your marketing
efforts.
mail shots - we'll produce mail shots as letters or emails, and
incorporate your brochures and leaflets. We'll help you with the copy, we'll print them,
we'll post them. We will manage the project from start to finish and will have
as much or as little involvement as you need.
follow up calls - once a mail shot has been completed and distributed, we will
make follow up calls as required by our clients in order to achieve their marketing
objectives. We can arrange meetings, answer queries, send further
details. After all, there's little point in going to the effort of sending mail
shots without a proper follow up process.
online newsletters - you can keep in regular contact with
your clients and prospects by taking advantage of the internet for your
marketing. We use external online newsletter facilities to create and
maintain contact lists, create newsletter templates, enter the
marketing content, edit and proofread as required, and to schedule and send
out the mailings.
